We value every purchase and we are so thankful for you shopping with us! Our top priority is ensuring that you receive your items, as quickly, as possible. Please read our shipping procedures below. Business Shipping Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-3 pm ET excluding national holidays. We primarily ship our items through USPS using Priority Mail service to ensure you receive your items quickly and they are insured throughout the process. Items ordered after 3 pm ET on Friday or items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be processed in the order they were received the following Monday.
If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. All orders must pass through customs and we have no control on this time frame.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We will do everything within our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com if for any reason, you are unhappy. Please note that all sale items, coupon and discount codes cannot be refunded and are final sale. We allow one code per customer per order.
We are so excited to be able to offer Sezzle. Please note that we have a $40 minimum purchase to take advantage of our Sezzle Program.
Please email us to receive the return and exchange form that must be filled out prior to returning. All exchanges must be sent within 3 days of the date you received it in the same packaging and in new condition. We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you'd like to exchange your item and the new item information. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been received by us.
Partial Refunds/Special Circumstances:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted, these include but are not limited to items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition and packaging, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If an item arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org and please be sure to include your name and order number in your email. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Shipping Costs & International Orders:
We will not refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Jo & Grey is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.
