We value every purchase and we are so thankful for you shopping with us! Our top priority is ensuring that you receive your items, as quickly, as possible. Please read our shipping procedures below. Business Shipping Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-3 pm ET excluding national holidays. We primarily ship our items through USPS or UPS to ensure you receive your items quickly and they are insured throughout the process. Items ordered after 8 am ET on Friday or items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be processed in the order they were received the following Monday. 

Shipping Price and Timeline: Shipping and handling for US customers is $8.50 Flat Rate. Shipping is $10 only during home decor app launches or live sales and free 24 hour shipping is turned off during these times on our app but unfortunately cannot apply to our website. You can also earn free shipping with purchases over $125. We aim to ship everything within 2-3 business days after payment. Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days.

Once you place your order, we cannot intercept it to make changes due to the volume of orders we fulfill so please be sure that you double check before you submit payment. 

Shipping Costs & International Orders:

We will not refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. Jo & Grey is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.


If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. All orders must pass through customs and we have no control on this time frame. 

Please note: We do not currently offer local pick up at this time!


To initiate a return, please email, please be sure to include your email includes your name, order number and item descriptions. Please note we need to be contacted within 5 business days of receipt of your items. We will reply with a Return Authorization Form. Please DO NOT send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to process once we receive.
Please note deals of the day, mystery items, capsule collections, seasonal decor and sale items including any coupon codes or gifts with purchase are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable. Any items ending in .99 are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Custom Graphic Tees, Preorders, Leggings, Bodysuits, Shoes, beauty, earrings, makeup, bathing suits or hygiene products are also final sale. Items purchased with a giveaway credit are not eligible for return.  If you received loyalty credit when purchasing the item you are returning that amount will be subtracted from the account credit.
The item must never have been worn or washed and the tags still attached. If we smell perfume, smoke, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping fees are non refundable. A store credit will be issued for any returned merchandise. If a credit is used to purchase a new item, that item is final sale.
There is also a maximum of 5 items per customer during a 30 month period after which you may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. We will not adjust purchase price once you have paid.
