We value every purchase and we are so thankful for you shopping with us! Our top priority is ensuring that you receive your items, as quickly, as possible. Please read our shipping procedures below. Business Shipping Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-3 pm ET excluding national holidays. We primarily ship our items through USPS to ensure you receive your items quickly and they are insured throughout the process. Items ordered after 3 pm ET on Friday or items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be processed in the order they were received the following Monday. 


We are happy to issue a boutique credit if contacted upon receipt and the item is shipped back within 3 days of receipt. The item cannot be worn or washed and the tags are still attached. If we smell perfume, smoke, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping fees are non refundable. 
To initiate a return, please email and include your full name, order number and description of the item you wish to send back. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please follow the instructions on the return form and be sure to include a note with your name and order number in your package. Please DO NOT send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once we receive. 
Please note mystery items, capsule collections, leggings, beauty, earrings makeup or hygiene items or items ending in $.99 and sale items including any gift with purchase or coupon codes are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.


We are so excited to be able to offer Sezzle. Please note that we have a $50 minimum purchase to take advantage of our Sezzle Program. 


Shipping Costs & International Orders:

We will not refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Jo & Grey is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.


If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. All orders must pass through customs and we have no control on this time frame.
