Truffle: We've been accused of being decadent in our choices of food before. We still are, and we're not making any changes to that. So it was only a matter of time before we figured out how to truffle-up a steak rub, and our Garlic Truffle Steak Rub is the delicious result of that.

Everything: Avocado toast. Here is SoCal, it's our favorite way to start the day, and we love that we can dress it up for a lazy Sunday bunch (think topped with poached eggs and a big side of crispy bacon) or down for when we're in a rush but don't want to miss out on the most important meal of the day. Our Everything But The Avocado Toast is just that - the perfect blend of savory, slightly garlic-y, slightly spicy that makes your avocado truly pop.

Burger: Turkey burgers are one of our favorite ways to satisfy our burger craving while managing our red meat intake. Our gourmet Turkey Burger Seasoning is built to take your burgers (be they turkey or not) up to the next level - rich, succulent flavors, bite-to-delicious bite. And while this artisan seasoning is built for burgers, it's savory flavors lend themselves perfectly to a whole variety of dishes.

Spicy: While it might sound simple, it actually took us a long time to get the ratios of this all all natural gourmet sea salt just right: combining a biting heat that doesn't overpower, and a rich smokiness that doesn't overwhelm to create the ultimate in spicy, salty, smoky goodness.

Montreal: Canada is famous for a lot of things: maple syrup, snow, hockey, ketchup-flavored potato chips...the list goes on. Our favorite is their famous steak seasoning, which legend has it was started back in the 1940's at Schwartz's Deli in Montreal. Back then, the seasoning was a repurposing of what they used for their famous smoked and cured meats - this time instead used directly on steaks and as a marinade.

Onion: French Onion is one of our favorite flavors: if we're snacking on chips, it's gonna be that one. And if we're at a bistro, you can bet we'll be ordering, and only very reluctantly sharing, our favorite soup. So, we've taken it upon ourselves to free ourselves from the tyranny of chips and soup - no more will our (over)indulgence of French Onion be limited to just a few foods. No, we've give flavor freedom to French Onion, and now you can enjoy it's signature deliciousness on whatever you please.
