What you need to know about our Styleboxes:
-The cost of the box will roughly be the value of your items! ($25, $50, $75 and $100) There isn't a set number of pieces that you will receive because the value of each piece(s) will vary depending on the season.
-Please allow up to 72 business hours after completing your purchase for your Stylebox to be shipped. We want to ensure that we have plenty of time to curate the perfect Stylebox.
-Don't want a monthly commitment? Don't worry, you can sign up on a month by month basis. However, individuals who purchase each month will be given priority should we not be able to fulfill all Stylebox requests!
-Items in the boxes can be returned for store credit (with the exception of earrings) to use on a future purchase with us. Please email us at info@joandgrey.com within 3 days of receipt of your box to initiate the return process. *If more than one item is returned for boutique credit there will be a 15% restocking fee due to the amount of time put into these StyleBoxes. If you received any amount over dollar value over the StyleBox price that will be deducted from your credit !
